If you have a query about your child's education, please don't hesitate to contact their tutor in the first instance.  If the tutor is unable to resolve any matters for you it will be passed to the relevant Head of Year. In the unlikely event that the matter requires further attention it would then be referred to the member of the Leadership Team responsible for that year group.

Worried about your safety, or that of someone else?  If you believe a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, contact the police on 999.  Are you worried about a child?

If you have concerns about a specific child, please contact the Children's Single Point of Access (C-SPA) on 0300 470 9100 (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) or 01483 517898 (out of hours). You can also email them on cspa@surreycc.gov.uk  

If you feel that you, or any of your family or friends are in danger or at risk of harm, then please call 999 or you can visit your nearest police station. 

We welcome parent/carers to our school and will act to ensure it remains a safe place for pupils, staff and all other members of our community.  If you have concerns we will always listen to them and seek to address them. Please be aware, however, that abusive, threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated. Parent/carers behaving in this way may be subject to a ban from the school site. No meeting at the school may be electronically recorded without the express permission of all parties. Information obtained without such permission will not be admissible in any proceedings.
